Yes, I offer group personal training for between 2-3 people at a reduced price.

I have a disability, can you train me?

Yes, I am fully qualified to work with disabled clients. At the consultation, we would discuss your disability and together work out a suitable and adaptable training plan to suit your individual goals.

What areas do you cover?

I cover a 15 mile radius from Braintree. I can offer online personal training if you are outside this radius.

My house/flat is small, can you still train me?

Yes, all you need is to have a small space which is clear.

I am not an athlete, can I have a sports massage?

Yes! Sports massage uses a variety of hands on techniques to manipulate the muscles, tendons and ligaments win the body. It has many benefits including; improve relaxation, increased range of motion and help with pain management.

What is a pregnancy massage?

A pregnancy massage is a hands on massage delivered on your side for any lady pregnant between 3-9 months. It can help to reduce anxiety, reduced back pain and encourage relaxation.

What does the cancer and exercise rehabilitation plan involve?

The cancer and exercise rehabilitation plan can be used for those with cancer or in remission of cancer. We will discuss your current situation and I will produce a suitable, safe and effective exercise plan which can be performed.

Yes! All of the nutrition plans are catered to suit your individual needs/ requirements e.g. vegan/ gluten free etc.

I can be paid via cash or bank transfer depending on what is suitable for you.
